It's just a great day. So I decided to send $120 to Mick from Vermont. He needs to pay his electric bill and his water bill.
I just wish my electric bill was only $120! Does anyone know a good way to save money when you're running air conditioners in the summer????
Anyway, check back tomorrow, and keep the emails coming. You never know when I'll decide to give away more cash.

Keep the temp at 77/78 degrees
It also helps to keep your blinds and/or curtains closed during the hottest part of the day so you don't get extra solar radiated heat into your house that the air conditioner will have to battle by increasing it's output. I hope this is helpful advice to lower your electric bill :)

I have two air conditioners that I run in the summer all the time day and night. One is really old and the other is new with an energy saver on it. They don't seem to really make any difference on my electric bill but I'm not really one who can notice a difference that well.
it also helpsto leave your air on one temp allthe time so your bill can remain the same about 75-77.
