I'm back and ready to give away more free money

I've posted updates very infrequently in 2010 due to the sheer busy pace of life and other distractions. I don't suppose this is the best excuse in the world. But be assured that I am back and hope to update this blog much more often.

Although I haven't updated the blog, that hasn't slowed the pace of my giving. I've received hundreds of emails over this year and have tried to reply to many of them. I continue to share what I can with whomever I can too.

Let's start out today with a bang. Today's letter comes from Dennis, who lives somewhere in Tennessee. He tells me he's behind on car payments. But without a car, he can't look for jobs and go to the interviews he needs to find employment.

I'm sending Dennis $250 to help catch up on those car payments and hopefully get him back on track with his job hunting.

I know times are hard. But we've all got to pull together and help each other out. If you came here in need, know that I'm reading your messages and considering them carefully. In the meantime, no matter how little you have or how difficult things may be, remember that there are others out there struggling too. Perhaps you don't have the money to help them. But there are still ways you can make a difference. Donate clothing or household items to a charity like the Salvation Army or the United Way. Offer to rake leaves or mow the lawn of an elderly neighbor. Surprise a friend and invite them over for dinner with your family tonight.

We're not all rich in terms of dollars. But we're all able to make the world a better place. Think about this as you go about your day today.

Someone told me about this site. I wasnt' sure if it was truely real or not? I just want to say "Thank You" for your kindness! You are an inspiration to everyone! Your words of wisdom are so true! We are blessed and money isn't everything! I have lost my parents, all of my grandparents, pets to illness. I took care of them all before they died. I was truely blessed to be able to spend time with them. I try to help everyone I can too. I have fallen into hard times myself, but I still try to help others out as well. It could be simple as a ride someplace or stopping to buy a homeless guy a hamburger. We are our brother's keeper.

Do one thing good for someone everyday. Once a phone rang! The ringing continued for a while. Finaly the man laid down the gun that he had to his head. The voice on the other end, stated " hey, man just wanted you to know , I love you!" The simple act of a call saved a man's life. Image what little effort there maybe in a shoulder, hug, or smile, Take care

Manni,
I will try to re-read your messages and see what I can do to help. Remember that I can't necessarily send money to everyone who writes. I do my best to read all of the emails. But sometimes I don't have time for personal responses to everyone.

I'll go back through my emails and try to find your messages.

Scott, After reading your site I sent a message for help. But I had to write to you to let you know that even if my request is not the one you choose please, know that just knowing that God has placed you as his angel in a earthly form gives me the continued hope and assurance that God is real and he will provide all our needs. I have tried all my life to give and do whatever I can to show others Christ through my actions, thoughts and love. You have brought my faith to another level and I just had to say "Thank you" for your giving heart and compassion for us all. I vowed while going through Chemo to do all I can to make a difference in the lives of other in a smile, touch, shoulder, ear or whatever way I can and to do it cheerfully even while I go through whatever trial God allow and equips me to go through. I pray God's blessings on you and that your life will be fill with much love, peace and Joy.
Thank you for all you do!

Gratefully,
Linda :)

Thank you for offering this amazing and generous "service." You offer hope to so many people; and hope, in and of itself, is sorely needed by so many right now. You are a beautiful spirit. I wish there were more people like yourself in this world. Thank you for being you! :) You are a true inspiration and hero. Blessings, Brenna

Hello this is my message to you. My name's Chris I live in New Jersey, I am 18 years old and employed full time, and also part time. I've been working since 13 though I've had to support my parents at times and myself, my car's transmission is stuck in second gear and is too much for me to replace. My idea was too replace the car as a whole being its a 2004 dodge stratus it's not worth the repair when everything else will slowly begin to break as well sooner or later. Currently I have just over 1,000 dollars in my bank account and I'm not looking for a specific amount of money I'm just seeking any type of money. Never actually borrowed or asked for a hand out, and that's why I'm on the internet, I could've taken other routes, but it isn't worth complicating other's lives either. Overall I work in South Plainfield 30 minutes from my house, and without a car that's derivable, and is cost efficient which seems to be nowhere I will soon loose my job today is now the third day in the last week I had to call out because the taxi there and back would eat roughly half my paycheck from everyday's work. I don't get paid for sick day's and I could really use a hand. Hope this isn't just someone setting up a site to gets hopes up, I apologize if I'm wrong just feel odd writing this. Please contact me if you see reason.
